a challenge. Our combination of dynamic, characterful spaces in Central London and positive knowledgable people can help
you achieve the best from your shoot. Our buildings are a blank canvas for you to use as creatively as you like and our
flexibility means that you can concentrate on the job at hand without any distractions.

Our spaces are a blank canvas for you to use as creatively as you like. If you need room layouts changed or
artwork removed we will happily facilitate this. For more adventurous shoots we can work with you to help realise your vision.
hire all the space you need
We have plenty of space for green rooms, wardrobe, make-up, video village and tech storage away from set. Rooms can
be hired individually, floor by floor or on a whole building basis so you can have all the room you need to shoot.

We know filming requires long shoot days and location managers are the first to arrive and last to leave set.
We have flexible opening and closing times so you can shoot for however long you need.
noise
Although we’re in Central London, all our locations are tucked away from main roads.
We’re easily accessible but offer quiet, private locations for filming.
facilities
All our buildings have their own kitchen and caffe area. We can help cater for breakfast, lunch and dinner
for your cast and crew.The majority of our buildings have loos and a breakout space on each floor for convenience.
Due to the age and character of our buildings, some but not all of our locations have step free access or lifts.
