It is all change at covent garden, we have added 4 rooms, with more to come. Two of these are fully equipped with digital recording facilities and a 2-way mirror.

“I need somewhere to breakout...” We have lots of breakoutspaces, knowing, as we do, that you’ll probably only need them for half an hour or so - so they are free.

If you need a separate room for longer breakouts, we have those too but we may charge you for them.

Let us know what you need. Most of it comes in the price but if we need to charge you extra for some business services we will always tell you ahead of time.

Second new room at Covent Garden. This new room has a sound proof removable room divider so that it can expand to combine with 11 ivy.

This is similar to our proven winner with bracken and sage. 11 ivy and 12 moss can be combined to give one large space or one space with two distinctively different feels.

A cool, calm minimal room suitable for training, meetings and workshops.

These two rooms open to one large space which can take up to 90 theatre-style. Highly flexible and perfect for that small conference or an exhibition space for a product launch.

23 russet
Energetic - this room is best used for creative thinking or to encourage behavioural change.

24 plum
One of our most popular rooms. Plenty of room for 20-30 to meet in the round or for conferences, seminars and then breakout.

25 potting shed
For 6 to 8 people as a boardroom or tailored training.

This new room on the second floor both spacious and friendly.

27 glass house just opened!
Another new room that is on the second floor with large long windows.

31 greenhouse
You’ll want to live here! In the eaves of the building with soft sofas. Good for relaxed and informal discussion, creative meetings and research / focus groups.

The old loft in our warehouse building. Sunny - excellent for training and creative meetings.

Small, cosy and great for meetings of 4 - 6 people
